1. What are the delivery times for my order?
Free options available. Orders placed after 6pm (Mon-Thu), will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed on Fridays after 6pm and on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day and delivered on Tuesday.
2. What are the warranty times and how can I activate it?
We offer 2 years warranty on: cordless vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, styler, straightener, lights, purifiers, fans and fan heaters. 5-year guarantee on: corded vacuums. 1 year warranty on accessories and spare parts. To activate the guarantee, you can do so via this link here.
3. I am not satisfied with the product ordered, how can I return it?
If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you can cancel your order within 35 days of receiving the machine. To cancel, please contact us in writing to tell us by starting a WhatsApp conversation or by sending a letter to us at: Dyson Ltd, Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, SN16 0RP. We will collect the machine, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case:
a) 14 days from the day you return any goods supplied, or provide evidence that you have returned them, or
b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

4. I need support for my machine, what can I do?
Use our online troubleshooting service here to get immediate support. Choose your product and follow the different steps to solve the problem. If this does not solve the problem, contact a Dyson expert via the Live Chat at the bottom left..
5. How do I know if my product has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our courier with your order tracking number.
