Dyson has teamed up with Taste of Dublin as the five-day event returns to the beautiful Iveagh Gardens from the 1st-5th September 2021. Visitors can enjoy Ireland’s best restaurants, indulge in fantastic produce, mingle with local chefs and enjoy the gardens and additional stalls.

Bookings
The partnership will see a range of Dyson technology available for purchase during Taste of Dublin at The Dyson Cube, which is a one-stop-shop for all things Dyson at the festival, and at which visitors can experience Dyson products first-hand and enjoy and understand the technology. Niamh O'Sullivan
Kildare-bred and Dublin-based foodie and content creator, Niamh O’Sullivan will be hosting a cooking demonstration on Friday 3rd September at 12:30pm as part of the festival and will also be one of the judges at the Taste of Dublin Style Afternoon in association with Dyson. Niamh has been creating food & lifestyle content for several brands on her growing social platforms and blog, niamh-osullivan.com since 2015.
Demonstrations
Dyson understands that poor air quality can be created in the home when cooking. An air purifier will be utilised whilst Niamh cooks a dish and a spike in poor air quality will be evident in the kitchen at Taste Theatre. Niamh will also have the Dyson Omni-Glide vacuum close to hand which is perfectly engineered for quick on-the-go cleans, allowing Niamh to efficiently clean up crumbs/mess after cooking.
