Products may only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.
The hygiene seal is considered intact where the product box has not been opened and at least one tamper seal remains unbroken.
Once the hygiene seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene considerations.

We don't stop caring about our machines once they're yours. We offer a guarantee on parts and labour.
5-year guarantee on:

2-year guarantee on:
- Cordless vacuums;
- Hair dryers;
- Purifiers, fans and heaters;
- Electric toothbrushes.
