I purchased the big ball to replace my old Dc19 ( which is still working perfect ) which I gave to my mum.The big ball is just brilliant and also has the legendary 5 year warranty. IT comes with loads of tools ..suction is brilliant and its a lot quieter than the Dc19.i have a number of dyson products and all are 100 percent at doing their job.keep up the good work Dyson.my next purchase will be a cordless ...
