Can I use a non-Dyson charging cable for Dyson CameraJet™? 

To ensure safety and optimal device performance, you should only use a Dyson USB-C to Pogo-pin cable (or the device’s Refill dock) to charge your Dyson CameraJet™. 

How do I know the device is charging? 

When your Dyson CameraJet™ is successfully charging, the circular light on the front of the toothbrush will be illuminated white.

How long does it take to charge Dyson CameraJet™? 

It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge your Dyson CameraJet™ using the charging cable. A single charge provides enough battery for up to 14 complete cleans in automatic brushing and flossing mode.
