How do I empty the bin on my Dyson Big Ball Konical™ vacuum?

Empty the bin as soon as debris reaches the MAX marker. Press the red release button on the clear bin handle to detach the bin, hold it over your household rubbish bin, then press the red button again to open the base and release the dirt. Keeping the bin below the MAX line helps maintain airflow through the machine.

How do I clean the bin on my Dyson Big Ball Konical™ vacuum?

Remove the clear bin, wash it with cold water only, then dry it fully before refitting. Do not use detergents, polishes or air fresheners, as they can damage or cloud the plastic. Wipe around the cyclone shroud with a dry cloth, but never submerge the cyclone assembly in water.

How do I clear a blockage from the De-tangling conical cleaner head?
Remove the cleaner head cover, take out both brush bars and clear any trapped debris. Lift the plastic clips at the back of the cleaner head to release the cover, twist and pull each brush bar out, then check inside the cleaner head for blockages. Refit each brush bar by matching the coloured fitting on the cone to the same colour on the cleaner head.

Wipe the tools with a damp, lint-free cloth and let them dry completely before use. Do not put any part of the machine or tools in a dishwasher, and do not clean them with detergents, polishes or air fresheners. Avoid touching the connector end while wiping.
