Empty before the MAX line
To help maintain suction, empty the bin as soon as debris reaches the MAX marker.

Empty the bin as soon as debris reaches the MAX marker. Press the red release button on the clear bin handle to detach the bin, hold it over your household rubbish bin, then press the red button again to open the base and release the dirt. Keeping the bin below the MAX line helps maintain airflow through the machine.
Remove the clear bin, wash it with cold water only, then dry it fully before refitting. Do not use detergents, polishes or air fresheners, as they can damage or cloud the plastic. Wipe around the cyclone shroud with a dry cloth, but never submerge the cyclone assembly in water.
Wipe the tools with a damp, lint-free cloth and let them dry completely before use. Do not put any part of the machine or tools in a dishwasher, and do not clean them with detergents, polishes or air fresheners. Avoid touching the connector end while wiping.
Remove any hair, fibres and debris from the brush bar and cleaner head. Regular maintenance helps maintain pick-up performance across different floor types and keeps the cleaner head performing as engineered.
