Excellent! From order through to delivery the service was excellent. I had a need to speak to Dyson before I placed my order and again excellent service and response to my concerns. The Dyson Absolute, for me has so far been fantastic. It’s light weight but powerful, extremely easy to manoeuvre and changing the attachments is so easy. I like the on trigger as it saves the battery and also is easier for me than bending to press a button. I would definitely recommend both buying direct from Dyson and the cordless vacuum.

The hygienic dirt ejection mechanism drives out trapped dust and debris in one action. A silicon collar pushes the dirt down a chemically-etched stainless steel shroud, so you don’t need to touch it.
