Airflow can also be set on the machine. Press and hold the power button to roll through settings 1 to 10.

Before following the steps, press the power button with a firm touch for 1 second.
If the power cycle does not work try a 'hard reset'.
Turn the power OFF and unplug the machine, or switch off at the mains socket, for 30 seconds and then turn back ON.
Plug the machine back in and retest.

The heater is fitted with automatic cut-out switches that operate if the heater tips over or overheats. If the cut-out operates, unplug the heater and allow it to cool.
Before following the steps, press the power button with a firm touch for 1 second.
If the power cycle does not work try a 'hard reset'.
Turn the power OFF and unplug the machine, or switch off at the mains socket, for 30 seconds and then turn back ON.
Plug the machine back in and retest.
This issue can occur if the machine is running and the power is cut e.g. plug pulled out, power cut etc.
To reset the machine, turn the power off (using either the power button on the remote or the Main body), wait 60 seconds and then turn back on.
Plug the machine back in and retest.

Unscrew the remote control's battery compartment.
Loosen the base and pull it away from the remote. Replace the battery with type CR 2032.

The fan has a strong, smooth airflow when switched on. The airflow should be strong enough to lift a sheet of newspaper past 45 degrees.
Hold a newspaper approximately 2 meters (6' 6'') away from the product with the airflow control dial turned to maximum.

Before switching on, please make sure the fan is positioned so that the airflow or oscillation is not obstructed.

Check the six feet on the base of the Main body are present and clean.
If the heater is placed on a low friction surface, e.g. highly polished or oily, the Main body may slide.

The temperature set on the machine is the target temperature of the room, not the temperature of the fan.
The temperature from the fan when in heating mode will not change.

Place the machine on a flat, stable surface.
Tilt the loop amplifier forwards slightly.
The loop should stay in the position it was left in.
Do not use polish or detergent on any part of the machine.
The following areas should be checked and cleaned to maintain the machine's performance.

To change the airflow speed press the airflow control button.
The digital display will show the new speed; after 3 seconds it will change back to the target temperature.
Press the wide angle button to change from personal heating to whole room heating.
Carefully hold the base and the Main body. Tilt the amplifier forward or backward for the required airflow angle.
Heating and cool modes work in this mode.
Press the narrow angle button to change from a whole room airflow to a personal directed airflow.
Heating and Cooling modes work in this way.

Lower the Main body onto the base, aligning the arrows.
Turn the base clockwise until it clicks into place.
The remote magnetically attaches to the top of the loop amplifier.
Please follow the steps in the video.
Aim the remote at the base of the machine.

The serial number can be found on the base of the machine.
To set the sleep timer, press and hold the timer button to select the desired time.
When time reaches zero, the appliance will go into standby mode.
To cancel, reduce the time until two dashes appear.
