Pull back the release catch under carrying handle.
Remove Hose by pressing yellow catch either side and pull away from inlet.

This usually happens because the filters need washing or your machine is blocked. If your machine cuts out, leave it for at least an hour to cool down.
The serial number can be found on the rating plate, underneath the machine, between the two wheels.
