I had this humidifier for Christmas in 2018 and it is now January 18th 2019. Before Christmas (and has continued through until now), I had an annoying sinus infection and I was coughing like a drain! However, when I received this, I have been sleeping better at night due to the fact I have been using this nightly because of reduced coughing fits and my sinuses are much less inflamed. Also, I have terrible dermatitis which gets worse when the air lacks moisture and my hands go red, itchy, sore and chapped. I used hand cream until I had this, but there's nothing better than a good Dyson to keep my symptoms at bay! I even suffer from chapped lips despite the fact I drink an adequate amount of fluids, but as always this humidifier is always at hand when I need it! Goodness bless you, Sir James Dyson! You are so thoughtful for making this!
